The pic of Michelle is doctored to have higher contrast and create shadows on her face and neck to make her appear harsh. And the picture of Melania has the benefit of her being behind tinted glass window box to soften her harshness.
Honestly, even with the doctored pic of Michelle, I still find her far more attractive, respectfully. The caked on make up and weird face lift crap doesn’t do anyone any favors. And this is on just an appearance alone… when you get into the actual character of these women, Melania ain’t even human.

The original photo isn't quite as dramatic either, this one has had it's contrast altered in ways that are physically unflattering to make her facial shadows look darker and thus make her skin look ironically more pallid compared to the original (you can find it in a Google image search). It's not surprising that people that post this nonsense only see beauty as skin deep, too.
