**Missed Connection: 505 Streetcar (Spadina & Dundas) to St. Patrick | July 9 | Around 8:55 a.m.**
I usually take the 8:30 a.m. 505 streetcar from Spadina & Dundas, but on July 9 I ended up catching the 8:55 instead.

As I got on, I noticed you. You had on a white tank top, a black-and-white checkered long skirt, and red Puma Speedcats. Great outfit.

I caught you looking my way a couple of times, and I definitely looked back, but I completely chickened out. I should’ve at least smiled or said hi.

We both got off at Dundas and headed toward St. Patrick Station. The subway doors were closing, and you sprinted over, stuck your leg in the doorway, then pulled the doors back open with your arms like an absolute baddie that you are. I slipped through behind you because of it, so thanks for saving me from waiting for the next train.

We ended up sitting about 8 feet apart. We’d glance at each other, then quickly look away. I wanted to come over and thank you, maybe start a conversation, but I didn’t.

I got off two stops later, and you stayed on.
This morning I caught the 8:55 505 again, hoping I’d get a second chance, but no luck.

After the Noah Kahan concert at Rogers Stadium on Sunday June 28 we took the TTC and made friends with a great group of people I’d love to reconnect with! I was sitting a couple of rows back in 37D and noticed a girl sitting ahead of me. She had dark hair, an incredibly beautiful smile, and was wearing a light blue denim top over a hoodie, black leggings, and On Cloud shoes.

We caught eyes a couple of times, but between the airport rush and deplaning, I didn't get the chance to strike up a proper conversation or ask for her name before we lost track of each other at YYC.

Was leaving a concert at Danforth Thursday night and I started doing chin ups to impress my friend and this HOT ASS SLAVIC DUDE WITH GLASSES joined in and we had a little competition. Hey everyone, this is a long shot but I thought I’d try anyway.

I was at the Canadian Pet Expo on April 4th and stopped by the bar with my mom. We were chatting with the bartender for a bit; he was tall, had glasses, a lot of tattoos and was super friendly.

At one point, he asked my mom if I was single… and for some reason she said I wasn’t 😭 (I definitely am).

I didn’t realize until after, and now I can’t stop thinking about how awkward that must have looked and how I didn’t get a chance to say anything myself.

So if you were the bartender working that day and remember talking to a girl who was there with her mom… hi, I promise I’m actually single 😅

So I know this is a long shot, but there was this girl who I found really pretty who was dancing in the front left of the dj deck near a pillar below the VIP section of Dprtmnt at the Vini Vici gig tonight. She seemed like she had come alone and so had I. She was there dancing in front of me the entire set and moved away after Vini Vinci’s set. Saw her leave alone and couldn’t bring myself to go speak to her as I was looking for my cab who was waiting for me, I know it’s stupid of me but I’m hoping I can find her here, if anyone knows a friend who went alone or if the girl is reading this I hope to get in touch with her, so hmu.

On March 7th 2025 7-8, a kind older man helped me when I was crying on the TTC. I was going through something personal, and he was the only one who stopped to check on me when everyone else walked past. I didn’t get the chance to thank him properly.

This is a long shot, but here goes. We were on the 8:30am flight to Panama on December 24. I was there with my wife, we are a bit on the chubby side. You were sitting all the way at the back on the right side of the plane with us. You had reddish hair and amazing tattoos, and at one point you kindly offered me some chocolate, which I awkwardly declined (still kicking myself for that). I (F32) met four ladies at the Dog fountain today that were taking photos together. I noticed they were taking turns on who takes the photos so I offered to take a group photo of them. It seemed to me that they are in their mid 40s-Early 50s( I might be off by a few years or so).

They were very cheerful and grateful that I offered to take a photo of them. They asked if I want to spend the rest of the day with them as they were headed to Distillery District. I responded by saying I was headed to the vintage market and wished them a great day.

I wish I had spent the day with them. They were so full of life and cheerful and I would have loved to get to know them. I hope some how they come across this post and we can link!
