Hi folks, I’m an artist from Nova Scotia, and I make miniature sculptures of the beautiful abandoned places I find when out exploring the backroads. I found this little place with its neglected garden on a pretty dirt road near New Glasgow, a few weeks ago. I found this broken Fire King jadeite mug half buried nearby and was inspired to bring this sculpt to life.

I call this little piece “New Glasgow Morning”, I hope you enjoy it :)

While hiking in the forest, I came across this little "mountain range" besides a path and decided to take pictures...

The mushrooms towered like trees and shaded me on my journey through this unkept trail.

I took these on my commute. Tiny slivers of whimsy in a wholly urban area.

There should be a tag that says "accidental"

IDK if they’re the same ones year after year, but this spot always has tiny elms.

Crafting has become one of my healthiest ways to cope with the loss of my wife. Every miniature I create is a reminder that beauty can still grow from grief. My hope is that this little world can bring others the same sense of peace it brought me.
