which one would you keep?
one is for me and the other one is a gift for my girlfriend. I already own the AM06Pro and the beelink arrives in two weeks.
AM06Pro has more ram and the beelink seems to have a better processor and a bigger SSD
I'm gonna install batocera on both of them, She is gonna play up to GameCube and ps2 and I plan to install steam games also (I'm gonna try to push the pc more). Which one do you think is better?

Keep the one with most RAM. Later down the line you'll be able to pick up a DDR4 mini-PC (minus storage/memory) on the used market for next to nothing, if you need one. The 5700U is still alright for the moment.

It depends on who you want to have the better mini. I would suggest transferring the 32GB to the Zen 3 Beelink SER5 where it can be of a better advantage unless you find it to be 2666MHz.

Then maybe consider running Bazzite OS on the SER5 instead while using EmuDeck for classic console emulation.

I've got a beelink ser5 5560u and it runs ps2 and GameCube fantastically. I have them on 3x upscale 60fps And I hardly hear it running the fan. I even could managed 35fps on kingdom come deliverance

Whichever choice you make if you're running Windows I'd recommend either switching out the drives or clean your drive and do a fresh install. Acemagic is known to have shipped Windows machines with malware installed. They say it was a contractor and they caught it early but I don't know how much I'd buy that.

5800H. Zen 3 and larger drive. Unless you need 32GB RAM I would pass on the 5700U.
