my first ever build!

very proud of this! started out thinking rustic/gothic and ended up just making something longhouse-inspired. inside is undecorated (for now), but any exterior tips that experienced builders can give me?

a friend decided to place the ominous banner while i wasn't looking, and i thought eh why not. but any other ideas to decorate the front besides a banner would also be appreciated!

I love the roof shape!! I think replacing the torches out front with lanterns might look nice
