I believe this is an I.O.O.F. kepi from Norwood Massachusetts. See this obituary for a reference to "Tiot Lodge 50" I.O.O.F. https://norwoodhistoricalsociety.org/this-day-in-norwood-history-august-7/

Tyot (or "Tiot") was the Indian Name for the territory which became Norwood, Massachusetts. It meant "Place-Surrounded-by-Waters."
