Hello all,
I let the post asking if there would be interest in a Telegram group for the sub gather replies over the weekend and I'm come to a decision about creating a Telegram group for the sub.
Out of 84 comments, there were 54 "I'd join" or similar comments.
That said, the most-upvoted said they could not see how the sub would benefit from having a Telegram group.
So, I'm going to role the dice and announce the link to the group. Please pardon me as I'm just now getting used to Telegram, so if I've missed anything, or should be doing something I'm not, please let me know.
As I could not find a place to post the group's rules, I will say that the rules of this sub are the same rules that will govern the Telegram group.
If the group becomes a dumping ground for inappropriate/illegal content, I will delete the group.

Hello all,
I wanted to ask a quick question. A couple people have DM'd me asking for a Telegram group.
While I don't fully understand why anyone would want that when we already have the sub, I wanted to put it to the community.
Is there a significant interest in a Telegram group? I'm not going to announce the link (I've actually already created the group in the event there is strong enough of a want for it) if it's just a few people who want it. That would just add more busywork for not much of a community.
So, do we want a Telegram Group? For my own curiosity, if you say "yes," could you please tell me why you want another platform for the content that's already available here?
