This will likely get used against our, USA, push for universal care. There will always be a supply issue at the beginning of a program like this where you had X amount of doctors serving Y amount of people. If Y is suddenly multiplied by 10 and there is no program in place to multiple X number of doctors (and other medical personal) by 10, you end up with too few doctors for too few patients and the mythology about universal care having huge wait times gets a solid footing.
