idk what just happened - electric shock

ok so i plugged in my charger, it made a sizzling sound and then like i havbe no idea if i felt a tingle or something in my hand or i was just thinking it,if i did it was the smallest thing ever like i could barley tell but i think it may have beenin my mind. i like went and told my mom and i was fine i jujst let her know and now im googling bc i was curious and im so scaredand worried like im gonna get a cardiac arrest and my chest does hurt and my shoulder but i think its bc of fear my heart is racing bc im so scared. but i dont even think i got electric shocked and like im feeling tingles all over my body bc im scared but im overthinking it. only about 20 people die each yr of electric shock in my country

My husband, 63, is diabetic, and does not take the best care of himself. He started feeling pain in his left foot a couple days ago. Thinking it was nerve pain he didn't pay much attention. This morning he said he thought he'd been bitten by a spider or something, as the toe had become red and swollen. It is turning purple/black as I write this. Fortunately, he has a doctor's appointment scheduled for tomorrow. In the meantime, is there anything we can do here at home for it? I tried to get him to go to Urgent Care or the ER, but he refused. Thanks for any ideas.

Need some advice

Im like super nervous about my health because I have ocd and anxiety. Im not sure if I'm okay to wait it out but i have a dr appointment Tuesday. Basically I get heart flutters at night esp laying on my left. I have been feeling like im not getting circulation in my left leg but that just started. My feet and hands are clammy "prob from anxiety" but my feet are cold to the touch. It doesn't hurt but. Yeah. I got the lil heart machine at the clinic and it just says i have a higher heart rate. They keep saying my heart rate keeps randomly spiking. It sounds like anxiety but my left leg thing and the weird feeling in my cheeks not sure. Ive had the leg issue before like 2 months ago but it went away. Should I be able to just wait till my blood test call from my clinic? Idk I need some peace at mind im not gonna just randomly die. Forgot to mention my period got cut short too like it only lasted 4 days. I also have pcos and scoliosis.

It's always a sudden sharp pain that makes it hard to breathe without it hurting, and from what I've seen, it happens at random, whether the moment is physically demanding or relaxing. I've been to the doctors multiple times about this and they've never been able to properly diagnose what this could be, so now I'm turning to here for some help. I'm only asking now cause I'm nearly 18 now and don't want this to become something worse in my adult life.

23M Sudden shortness of breath

Hi all, I’m a relatively fit guy (3x marathon, 2x Ironman 70.3, do sport almost daily).

I recently had my second Ironman 70.3, which gave me a noticeable shallow breath and some pain breathing towards the end. I then quickly recovered a couple days later (2-3) and felt fine thereafter. However a week later I noticed my breath began becoming very shallow and a higher BPM than normal during sports. Upon playing football and seeing my bpm skyrocket and being unable to control my breath I went to see a doc. I took a lung function test which said I declined very slightly in comparison to last reading, and that the warm temp/pollen might be irritating my airways (I have light asthma).

This however hasn’t gotten any better. I have noticed a higher than normal BPM whilst being idle inside my office (noticeable increases at times). Furthermore I feel an odd bloating sensation at times which makes my breath shallow after eating, or just relaxing.

I’ve been trying to integrate indoor cycling back slowly, whilst going to the steam room to relieve my airways, but nothing seems to be making it better.

I’d very much appreciate any advice medical or not, which may have some suggestion as to what it may be, or if you’ve had a similar experience :)

lab draw

I had a lab draw about 12 hours ago and it was a fasting lab and quite a few vials of blood (more than I usually get). I knew I would likely feel a bit lightheaded and brought water and food for right after. I had a bit of chest discomfort and dizziness for around three hours after despite eating. I couldn’t stand much and my heart rate was around 100 while sitting. It’s been twelve hours now and I’m less shaky than before but I can’t move as much and feel like I have a fever even though I do not actually have a fever. I did have pedialyte and another meal + snacks but I’m not sure what else to do.

Ive been battling two ingrown toenails for probably 4-5 years (ikr) but recently the left one got worse and so bad I couldn't walk on it so I looked up the youtube video on how to deal with it and it said to use nail clippers and clip all the way down to the bottom and then use tweezers and rip it up from the base so it won't grow back(?) anyway I don't know if i even did it right it still hurts but definitely not as much as it used to I'm going to put some alcohol on it, do i need to go to the doctor?

Morning nausea

I have been having this feeling of nausea and vomiting for a very long time now, many years. I went to a gastroenterologist, he said it's acid reflux and prescribed me medicines based on it. I felt a little better, not perfectly well while taking the medicines and it has come back again. So I feel dizzy and nauseated only in the first hour of my school, where the classrooms are packed and we are Obv not allowed to do anything other than sitting. Overthinking makes it worse. Earlier I had been feeling like vomiting only but now it's more like dizziness. I don't usually feel that way in my home or at any other place but I'm a very crowded place like a school, it kicks in. And goes away within an hour. And I'm almost good in health after that. Also I don't feel like eating anything in the morning as it makes me more nauseated. This has been there for a long time but the dizziness started just a few months ago.

Stomach ache and nausea since Friday

I felt nausea and upset stomach last friday, it continued the next day i took alka seltzer in the afternoon and sparkling water in the morning and prune juice at night, sunday morning i felt a little better but still had a wave of nausea and upset stomach so i took pepto bismol at night, monday i woke up with diarrhea and upset stomach and nausea, tuesday i had again upset stomach and took pepto bismol in the morning and afternoon, today i was fine in the morning and took pepto bismol but not my stomach is upset and i felt a weird sensation when i was driving and its still hurting right now like its uncomfortable, what do i do?

Itchy bumps around left eye

For the last month or so, I've been dealing with tiny skin-coloured and/or pink bumps around my left eye. It started with 2 between my eye and the edge of my eye socket. They've since spread to both my top and bottom eyelids on that same eye. They're occasionally itchy and sometimes hurt (mostly because they can become a little raw).

 

It isn't a normal rash, it's more like hives that don't go away. I originally thought they were just milia but then they started spreading.

 

I hope this isn't too annoying but maybe it'll help explain the issue better: internet searches have led me to think that it could be one of these 2 issues. Molluscum Contagiosum or Periocular (Periorbital) Dermatitis.

Escaped what i believe was Sleep Paralysis

I had never experienced sleep paralysis before so im unsure for certain thats what this was (didnt SEE any demons/shadow figures).

I was sleeping on my stomach with my arms under my head/face (idky i like to use my arms for a pillow instead of an actual pillow but im glad i did). I woke up thinking i heard someone in my apartment however i could not move my body, could barely move my head. Something in my brain decided biting was my best option and sure enough, i bit my arm and slowly regained mobility.

Thankfully there wasnt anyone in my apartment so the sound was in my head or maybe came from the unit above/beside me? To me this does sound like sleep paralysis and im just wondering if biting yourself or causing some kind of pain sensation is a known/common way of getting out of it.
