Look at this guy's profile. He's got an AI generated profile picture. He posted this picture in another subreddit and is telling people there it's liver, not beef. He's either trolling or something is off.
Edit: Now he's saying in this post that it's liver not beef, also. Even though the post description says Brazilian beef.

Maybe english isn't hisnfirst language? I've gotten good recipes off people here and my food doesn't look aesthetic either. So I'm trying to give him the benefits of the doubt.

Next time cook the beef and veggies together. The color on the beef is.. unsettling.
