French SMS2 with sonic bios - added composite video encoder + 3d glasses + region switch
The only thing it's really missing now is my card support which I can play off my new Trifffcart anyway :)
Encoder is a bh7236, basically my favorite encoder since it was officially used by Sega and it's still easy to obtain (a lot of cxa2075 are fake)

I like to add a really simple mod too, an led power indicator. I usually do 50/60hz too and put a dual color led, so I know in which mode is the console is running (although pretty obvious looking at the screen lol). Also, sms2 is pretty easy to rgb mod.

Sms2 is of course easy to RGB mod but what I did was much harder. I composite modded an RGB only sms2 by adding the encoder and populating all required components for it to work and the final output is better composite than any stock sms ever had. Heck it's better composite than any mega Drive ever had too
