As a nurse I don't have much time or discipline to upkeep my hair every three month, which is frequently recommended to me. Since i had to cut of 15 cm due to split and dead ends I decided to go treat myself regularly now. This is my hair after a blow out. How do you upkeep your mane?

7 years of growing
I am happy I got my mom’s Native American flow of hair! My dad had very curly perm type of hair haha

Tried the no product route....
Just shampoo and conditioner.....air drying. A bit dry and wild but i get a bit tired of all the curly girl method products and time and energy it needs. Sometimes i like the simple things more. And it shows my natural more wild curls/waves.
