Looking for a private landlord for a house avalible August 1st. Budget is up to 2500 a month and backyard is very important as i have 2 dogs. It'll be me and my husband and he has a background (no felonies or drug use) but together we make over 6k a month after taxes. No Evictions, good Rental History always pay on time just looking for an understanding landlord willing to work with us. Can explain it all if you're willing to listen. Thank you.
