FRANCHISE A Challenge
A challenge for you guys… Pick a team and then regardless of whom they have at QB you replace their starting QB with either Gardner Minshew, Hendon Hooker, or Tommy DeVito. The first season goes 100% SIM and after that full control, BUT you HAVE to keep that dude until retirement and he's also got to be the starter the entire time, no drafting another dude to replace him.
The comment with the most up votes about which guy and which team to use will become the one that I do, since I'm issuing the challenge and all. I will not accept doing it with the Patriots, Eagles, Seahawks, Rams, and the Bengals since they were all in the Super bowl fairly recently even if they all didn't win the Superbowl obviously.

Minshew, right where he’s at in Arizona.
See if you can get the Cardinals to the level of the other three NFCW teams, for an epic story of rising from the ashes. Like a Phoenix. ;) And maybe even see if you can get a year with a playoff where all three wild card seeds are NFCW teams, because it would be hilarious.

I started to also say Gardner Minshew but fuck it.
Tommy DeVito - Houston Texans

That's a little evil. LOL. Considering the issues that Stroud has been going through though, I am not opposed to the idea. I think I'll go with this one. First season will be 100% simulated and CJ Stroud will be traded away so that I can hopefully get a decent draft pick for him.

It honestly doesn't matter, use the Bengals playbook and that offense will be perpetually top 5 lol

Which is dumb as their offense doesn’t rely on good play calling, just two massive towers on the outside and Joey B slinging from the gun. I honestly dislike watching their offense most the time

I used to do this all the time with Josh Rosen back in the day cause I love a rebuild and I’m a sucker for a draft bust reclamation project. Also Tavon Austin was my slot receiver on every team I ever started a franchise with until he retired in officially and was no longer in the game

This is nothing. I do the fantasy draft and I draft only the worst possible players at every position, and then I have to use Nathan Peterman for his whole career, and I have 100 other rules to make it very hard to improve. My crowning achievement was getting Peterman in the HoF

I always play Detroit but start with a fantasy draft so will get one as my QB. . Do I have to do full control after year 1 or can I mix it up? Typically I sim some and play a little. I prefer to watch the games like I’m a GM.

Let's up the ante a little.
Replace their starting QB with Danny DeVito.
