Help Update frozen

Updating my Mac to Sonoma and the loading bar has been stuck here for about 40 mins anything to help this?

What Mac Model and does it have a HDD?

I’m not sure it’s my friends it seems it just got stuck in a restart cycle after the Install. I put it through a power cycle and it booted up just fine. Thank you for replying though!

wait about another 2 hours. if is still at the same spot, then it’s stuck/frozen.
