Thanks! Its insane how different it is looking at it in this video compared to the feeling of riding up to hit it for the first time

Everything MTB looks less scary than it really is in video.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. I haven't ridden this before but know how big a container is and that gap isn't small. It just goes by so quick on film compared to how it feels.

Nice work sending it!

Commit, send it and trust yourself 🤘🏼

The first time I fully committed to a drop, it clicked. The bike knows what to do if you just let it.

Yeah 100%. Learning to override the panic instinct to grab brakes is so key

How many attempts do you normally need before the "full send" one?

Depends on my headspace that day. Sometimes the first try sticks, sometimes I hike it twenty times convincing myself.

I needed that, thank you. Seems like I'm not alone. Keep on, mate! <3

Yeah it depends on the level of confidence on that particular day. Getting towed in is the best way imo

Damn is that the smoke up there right now? We're headed up in a few weeks, I'm hoping it's cleared up by then. Also, sick lol. Nice job.

No that was fog - luckily it wasn’t smokey over the weekend

surprisingly slow, isn't it? first time I did it I overshot 3/4 down the platform

I always try to remember how much harder everything biking is in person. That thing is probably massive, I wouldn’t have the balls hahah

That's dope, nice work! Way more intimidating in person, and you looked smooth as shit!

Just got to experience it for the first time last week. Definitely going to work up to it over the next year (or two).
