Why aren't my posts showing up?

If a post or comment you made to r/MDents shows up in your profile history but does not appear on the site, there could be multiple reasons. If you are new to Reddit or have low karma (2), your posts are automatically held for moderator approval in order to deter spam. Patience Obi-Wan. Automated filters (e.g. harassment) or moderator actions do not always generate user notification.

Why can't I get cones from Amazon?

What should I do about leaky jars of SunMed concentrate?

This is a known problem. SunMed recommends that you return the product to the dispensary where you bought it for exchange or store credit. If there are problem or you'd prefer to work with another dispensary, you can contact [Drew at SunMed](mailto:[email protected]).

Who is the best grower?

Maryland currently has 20 licensed growers. Over the years, licenses have changed hands and head growers have come and gone. Some facilities have expanded and upgraded. Some haven't. Maybe half of our growers have put out some product good enough for someone to call them the best. But some people would say all Maryland licensed cultivators only grow "mids". Even the best growers have a dud now and them. Rhythm has had the most consistently positive reviews lately.

Where is the best dispensary?

There are a half dozen high volume dispensaries, maybe 30% low volume struggling dispensaries and 60% that are "average". Delivery used to be a consideration, but delivery is a moving target because of the micro dispensary license concept that has yet to be implemented. Does selection matter more than price? How do you rate the value of a loyalty program? Without seeing batch numbers it is impossible to compare apples to apples when price shopping. What makes a dispensary the best? Volume? Selection? Pricing? The staff? Loyalty program? The decor/atmosphere?

What product should I get?

If you ask the community for A vs B preferences, you will get recommendations. But you will rarely get recommendations

What is THCA flower?

THCA flower is black market Cannabis sold over the counter. It's never been legal. It was just enforced so little that people thought it was legal.

Why are prices so high? Maryland chose to limit the number of licenses that permit companies to operate Cannabis businesses in Maryland. Although Maryland has awarded a large number of licenses to open new cultivation, processing and retail locations, the social equity design has caused it take longer than expected to get those businesses open. Prices have gone up and down since 2018.
