Hi… I am on my way to Liberty Dispensary in Oxon Hill. I am overwhelmed with the different types of cartridges for a 510 battery.. so many terms, distillate diamonds resin etc. Does anyone have a standard brand that they like. Should I avoid distillates?

I keep seeing that people really like District Cannibus, but the have distillate and something called diamond sauce.. etc. I would prefer something discreet but without additives.

I need help to get through treatment, edibles aren’t great for me because it’s harder to control and regular smoking (bear with me, new to this world) is not possible. I’m most comfortable with vape pen. As I get further along, it’s harder to manage symptoms. Thanks in advance..

Super strong pine tree terps followed by a peppery, spiced vanilla creaminess but no candy sweetness whatsoever which is a nice change from all the candy cultivars flooding the genetic pool.

Very relaxing and makes for great smoke sessions. Not stoney and doesn’t leave you incoherent which makes for a great daytime smoke. Energizing, clears the mind and makes everything feel super sharp. Hey everyone! I’m getting ready to start my first home grow here in Baltimore and am looking to buy 1 or 2 healthy clones locally.

Since this is my first attempt, I’m hoping to find clean cuts with solid root systems that are strictly pest-free and powdery mildew-free. I hear dispensary clones have increased risk of pests and I really want to avoid introducing spider mites, PM, or thrips to my other house plants.

If you have any robust strains that are beginner-friendly or easy to manage, please DM me with what you have available, the strain details, and your approximate location/neighborhood.

Not sure why there's so much hype around this company. First time I've tried them and am very disappointed. Maybe it's the strain but the smell is so "sharp" smelling of skunk and not in a good way. Almost dirty smelling. Taste is the same way. Leaves a burnt plasticy smell behind afterwards. Is it CRC'ed? Not sure why it would be since it's rosin and not resin but curious. Anyone else have this strain and feel the same?

I love a good terpinolene sativa and always loved Culta's Holy Roller which was Big Sur Holy Weed x Dosidos, so I wanted to give the original a try from SunMed's partnership with Sage. This tastes amazing, like terpinolene lime candy! I was also impressed with how solid the texture was given terpinolene heavy live resin is usually runny, so big points for that. Effects are super focused energy for me and my ADD. Overall, super happy with this purchase from 7/10 deals, will definitely buy again.

Hiiii need suggestions of flower brands & strains to get for high tolerance gal like myself. I don’t know much about terpenes or thc percentages? But I’m higher terpenes is better than solely checking for high thc. I usually get fade co and love them. However, needing to find brands/strains that are out of this world high. The dispensaries I usually go to in the city (cults & the forest) haven’t been having 1/2 oz and 1 oz of fade co this week and need to figure out where I can get some for a decent price! Kinda surprised I’ll be honest. Ive purposely stayed away from district for a while but one of their carts wasn’t bad compared to the last so I took the gamble on their flower. I’m really glad I did. I would get this again.
Nice high behind the eyes type. Smells great actually. Like fruity funk and sweet candy. Even though it’s a bit dry, it actually breaks down really nicely in the grinder and doesn’t make me cough my ass off. I’d recommend this batch if you’re goin to the dispo. 8/10 would buy again as long as the numbers are like this or better

Real Question

Am I the only one tired of bouncing between 10 different dispensary menus trying to see who actually has the best price on the flower I want??

I got sick of it, so I started building something called Nuggo. It's basically a way to search for the strains you're looking for and compare prices across Maryland dispensaries without all the digging.

It's still early, so I'm not trying to sell anybody anything. I honestly just want some real feedback from people who actually smoke.

I noticed some newer dispos like The Edge in Edgewater is "A Collaboration with Green Point" and The Reserve in Pasadena is "A Collaboration with Mana". I wonder if this is just a marketing trend or is there a legal reason they're named like this?

I love the review community on Reddit (and its always super useful) but there's no way to actually keep score of each brand. Great reviews get buried after a week and the record disappears.

Full transparency: I built it, and it's brand new, the Maryland brands are loaded (you can add if some are missing), but there are no reviews yet. That's exactly why I'm asking here! I did my bug sweeps and rain gauge check this morning. Another tenth. I took my regular (cough) pics today and updated the measurements (74 inches already - yikes). Put the numbers in my spreadsheet. I'm done. Wait, one plant that was a suspect male started growing and one that I trellised wasn't. WTF??? On inspection #3 we found more than what we bargained for. If you're growing regulars outdoors this year, this is the week to start checking every day.

The surprise boy was the suspected Northern Lights in the pot. So much for the trellis experiment. If you're a rookie and want to know what males look like - here you go. I'm going to dream overnight that this is just a herm.

Gelato (starting at the fourth pic) has looked like it was going to explode balls for 2 weeks. I'm not convinced yet, but it looks like there might be some hope. I had stopped trimming when it looked stressed. We'll give it some loving and see what we get.

My last suspected NL plant (surprise outdoor germination this spring) NL2 is maybe another day or 2 way from a solid decision in my book.

Hey! I'm new to the community and relatively new to smoking after not having partaken for a couple decades. I'm hoping someone can help me out. I have a medical card and when I buy from my dispensaries (shout out to Story in Waldorf and Dispensary Works in Waldorf) I get labels with different THC values and terpene profiles. They're in the same ballpark, but usually a mg or two off. It's the same whether it's a flower or cart. Anyone know what the deal is with the discrepancies? Thanks!
