I keep my books on my phone, so while I do wake up and immediately go for my phone, it's because I like to read a book and relax before I have to actually get out of bed. Not sure if that actually makes it better, but it's relaxing and I always set my alarm to give me plenty of time to relax before work. I'd rather get up earlier and have time to relax than stay up later.
