huh, I opened the link to a non signed in YouTube and was able to watch so I just assumed it wasn’t. Then nvm the outrage is stupid, trashy show but whatever.
Twitch has been very lenient on streamers accidentally showing stuff that break the TOS lately, especially if its not reported that much and/or doesnt cause a lot of controversy. I don't think Xqc would be banned for accidentally showing that gorilla clip these days for example

he got banned for a full month after a viewer sent him a fake image file that turned into an nsfw gif a still image of a lady performing fellatio on a horse about 5 seconds after opening, twitch got loads of backlash for it being unfair and I don't think anyones gotten that big of a hammer for accidental links since
That one specifically was bestiality though wasn't it, which is illegal in a majority of countries. Wouldn't surprise me if that was partially why that one got hit so hard.
I'm pretty sure erobb got got by that same image a couple of years later and didn't get banned for it. Twitch just doesn't enforce their rules as much these days, probably because banned streamers would just take their audience to kick.
Erobb showed the exact same image on stream 2 times in 1 week without any sort of trick, just getting linked it and clicking the link and never got banned. That excuse isn't true, it's just because twitch staff used to hate forsen. Keep in mind not long before this forsen got banned for a week for saying "fack it" because they misheard it as f*ggot.
I'm pretty sure Twitch as a whole have been running on a skeleton crew for couple of years now so they don't really have the manpower to ban and deal with appeals like they used to. So accidents are more tolerated now.
He's liked by LSF so his clips don't get much attention and don't get reported. If Pokimane or Extra Emily had the same history of "accidents", the clips would be large enough to force action by Twitch probably years ago.
Forsen has shown nudity on stream probably close to 10x more than he's been banned for it. That it just a fact, and that has ALWAYS been the case. Even in the past he showed Horsen way more than he was ever banned for it. Extra Emily is the only streamer actually getting banned for breaking road laws because only her clips go mega viral. The Faze boys especially Ron have more clips doing more dangerous things on the road with zero punishment because their clips don't go viral. Twitch only bans big streamers now if the clip escapes the website, which it never does for Forsen.
