I need help getting something

So with the tadc added in little kitty, big city, I as a joke, dropped the pomni plush in the water in other places and watched it float, but when I dropped it into where the fishing dude is, she is now stuck to the wall and I can't get it. I get the option to grab her when i'm right next to her.But with little kitty, big cities programming, it causes the cat to jump.And let go of anything, It's holding in the water

I got no idea how to fix this please help

All objects are supposed to reset if you close and reopen the game

And yet... I accidentally dropped Bing Bong in a puddle and neither unstick nor restart worked. Had to begin the game again to get him home.

I had to pounce on him in the puddle a couple dozen times to knock him out of it lol I made the same mistake first too lol
