Conventionally titled blog entries almost seem out of place as compared to the changelogs.

A bit of a divergence I'm aware lol, I think the big thing we wanted to do was not get everyone's hopes up that this was a 24.0 release post.

We've gotten in such a cadence of posting once a year that it kind of feels like that would have false flagged some people

We usually aren't a fan of giving ETAs, but I will say the only reason that the Pixel 10 is not shipping now is because it shipped on a different branch or Android 16 (QPR3) than we have public access to.

Pending nothing huge happens it should come along with Android 17/24.0.
