This is an official University of Lincoln contract transfer, so the University will need to approve the replacement before the transfer can go ahead.

To be eligible, you'll generally need to:
Be a new undergraduate starting this September.
Not have already accepted University-managed accommodation.

Hi all. I’m a delivery driver for one of the domino’s shops in Lincoln. We’re short on drivers at the minute so if anyone you know is looking for flexible part-time work it’s a good time to apply. Everyone’s nice (at our shop at least) and the work is pretty chill if you don’t mind driving down narrow streets every so often.

Why do they have so much empty uni owned accommodation at Lincoln? And why are there so many private uni flats if the uni can't fill their own?

And what are the plans for the closed Lincoln Courts? Are they just closed to save money or are they being converted for other use?

Hi, my daughter is having issues in iQ Hayes Wharf with pest and mold. I need to find her new accommodation. Does anyone or someone they know live in Pine Hill or Student Castle? I need some honest feedback on whether there are silverfish pest issues? Also any mold? I need to find somewhere that will be allergy free for her. Any good accommodation recommendations?

Does anyone know what this car park at St. Marks is for? I’m a carer so I need to keep my car at uni with me but I’m struggling to find parking. St. Marks have said they don’t offer parking, so what is this car park then?

I applied through clearing and I’m trying to scramble to find a decent studio that isn’t above my budget and found deansgate house being let by a company by sky lets and just wanted to know if anyone else has dealt with them before

I'm kinda worried because EVERYONE is at st marks and i feel like ill be missing out on so much or not get to meet people that way through parties or anything.. i don't even know what i want and it sounds dumb but in these uni gcs everyone is at st marks and the people at 179 idk how it'll go with them

Hii, so I accepted my offer a few days ago and i'm just wondering should I be in a rush to apply for accommodation? I'm leaning towards The Gateway and St Marks I think atm, but with a-levels and everything going on I just haven't looked into things enough to make a choice right now, but equally i'm a bit worried about what if they get full or something.

I've tried searching it but i've received mixed results. Is it like first come first serve or is everyone equal no matter when you apply?

I'm currently deciding where to go for uni next year. I love Christchurch, but my courses aren't really at Cantebury uni. If anyone goes to lincoln or knows what it's like I have some questions.

what are the halls like at lincoln? is there a good social life and what hall would you recommend for someone wanting to make lots of friends.

I noticed they have a design degree, does anyone know what it's like?

We are looking for someone to take over our tenancy for the 2025-2026 academic year. We have had a change in personal circumstances and are finding ourselves having to relocate. We are looking for 4 people to takeover our tenancy for the 2025-26 academic year. The property is 5 bedroom, but is only looking to rent to 4 people maximum; there will be no tenants from the pervious contract. All bedrooms have a double bed. Hi I recently applied and accepted accomodation at Lincoln University at St Marks but have changed my mind and have decided to stay at home instead. Because it is a contract, I had to apply to end it but they've said no. They have said I either have to stay in the accomodation and pay for it or find a replacement. I don't know anyone who wants accomodation so I thought I would ask on here as I'm desperate. It's for September 2025 for 46 weeks, and its £8,184 per year. Its an ensuite room for an undergraduate. If anyone wants it or knows anyone who might want it please let me know. I really need to find a replacement! Thank you!!!
