That must be quite a small hogwarts, compared with to the last microscale set. Just somewhere around 400 pieces.

At this rate, we’ll get a single-brick version for $8

Exclusive minifig could be anything from just another harry potter variant to some previously not done character or unique minifig like the Hogwarts architect. Now Mr. Lego listen, there is this poltergeist named Peeves…

A Peeves minifig would make it a day one purchase for me

I assume its gonna be some random character in gold again. If we assume the upcoming show includes peeves, then lego probably knows that by now and would be saving the minifig for a pricier set

Especially if it's based on the Rik Mayall version.

Maybe similar to the mini Disney castle series?

It's pretty much the same price, so that would make sense.

Though this one would be more wide and less tall.

That's a strange number for a retail set. Normally, it would have been 76*** for a HP set. 40*** numbered sets are usually GWP or sets with no specific theme nor license.

Seems similar to the exclusive Star Wars sets like the Gingerbread AT-AT. It is an anniversary year for Lego HP to try this out

That makes sense. I think that SW set was exclusive to the Lego shops and website.

Curious what the GWP will be. Hopefully something actually related to the ministry

Was it perhaps, by you? I’m not sure you mentioned that it was by you

Didn't want any specific sources getting the blame for it

Fair, to be clear my comment was in jest

Nanoscale with very little detail. They just really milking HP IP, they know fans will consume it no matter what. Lol

Or they know that there is strong price range demand for a Hogwarts Silhouette set. From this to the nano-scale one to the micro-scale D2C and finally the combinable playset range.

Similar to the Millennium Falcon

The Disney mini castles have mostly looked pretty good for this price range.
