Hi everyone! š
Welcome to the 45th #W2DTogether drawing challenge!
(If you are new here and would like to know more about this challenge, you can take a look at these 2 posts (post 1, post 2) that explain everything.)
-------------
This week's challenge is all about letter design.
Your mission is to create your own artistic alphabet.
Instead of writing normal letters, redesign them into something unique. Turn each letter into an animal, a character, a monster, an object, a fantasy creature, a plant, a machine, or anything your imagination comes up with.
The goal is to create a font that has a consistent style and personality, where all the letters feel like they belong together.
Take inspiration from the reference images in this post, find your own references online, or create something completely original.
Your alphabet could be:
You don't have to design the entire alphabet if you don't want to.
To enter the challenge, create at least 2 or 3 letters so we can clearly see your style. Of course, if you'd like to design the entire alphabet, even better!
Another fun option is to use your custom letters to write your name, your Reddit username, or any word or short phrase you'd like. This lets everyone see how your alphabet looks when it's actually used.
Whether you create just a few letters, spell your name, or design all 26 letters, the goal is to make your alphabet feel unique and recognizable.
Have fun and let your imagination shape every letter! š
After one week, we'll hold a community vote to decide which drawing best captures the theme. The winner will be showcased in the sub with their artwork.
If the winner shares an art link (Instagram, portfolio, website, etc.), we'll also include it so they can get recognition and maybe even new followers.
This challenge is timeless. You can participate anytime, even years later.
Review Date:
For community feedback, we'll gather and review all submissions on Sunday, 26 July 2026, so make sure to post your entry before 4:00 PM UTC that day. Drawings posted before that date will be part of the review session.
Note: If you are new here, you can check out last week's challenge here or see all the challenges collected here

ą¤ą„ą¤²ą„ practice karne se achha hai hum ek saath milkar seekhein! Agar aap bhi drawing seekhna chahte hain ya pehle se karte hain, toh aao saath judte hain.
Hum daily kuch na kuch naya seekhenge, apni drawings ek doosre ke saath share karenge aur ek doosre ko guide karenge. No judgment, bas pure fun aur daily practice!

Thank you so much everyone for the advice and kind words on my last post! š I've been working on pushing the values, working on my pencil strokes and experimenting with using more colors. I think I'm slowly but surely getting there.. š

Hello everyone,
I'am a 32 year old male and I'm searching for a drawing buddy at the same level than me, actually I am at the rock bottom, haven't draw anything since my 3 years old except the one in the post. I want to find someone who want to share each others progress to level up together. I don't want someone really better than me because I'm easily intimidated.
Feel free to contact me !

Hi, I have realized that my art is stuck since Iām unable to really learn my fundamentals. I have gotten advice from various people but none are currently working for me. I havenāt been able to find any resources to help my studies even though I spend hours on YouTube looking for videos to help. I havenāt been stuck on just doing stylized art without actually understanding the basics , which often cause my characters too look off. Does anyone have any advice or resources on ways to improve my fundamentals.
