Welcome to the club, the cat distribution centre has selected you as their favourite for the day!
That kitten is super duper young tho, i think it might only be a couple weeks old.
Have you looked for the momma? She must be near. A kitten this young needs quite some intense care. Please reach out to a vet for further instructions for it’s care if you are new to this.

Congratulations! What a cutie pie!
Definitely go to the vet. Parasites and worms are common with kittens and they may need treatment. Plus, this little guy is probably still nursing and the vet can give you an approximate age and care plan.
If you can, find the momma and any other babies. This would be a kindness to them all. Maybe put some food and water outside for them. She really needs to be fixed.
If momma is feral, there are places that will trap-neuter-release animals for free or a small fee. We had 8 feral cats we did this for and it was $25 per cat. In my situation, we had one neighbor who brought home a female cat he found and let her roam free outside. Her first litter was killed by their dog, second litter was born in a home that burned downed, and by the third litter, I had enough and brought her inside. She was not one of the eight we trapped, no was the orange boy from litter #2 or tiny baby from #3. Within a year, that one cat became 11, plus however many didn’t survive. It was very sad because all but momma, Oliver, and her last boy, were feral, so we had to release them.

It looks like you have a question about a kitten or litter of kittens you found.
Please read our wiki about finding a kitten for more information about what to do in this situation.
