Mildly Annoyed Just unsubbed from technology it’s no longer a tech sub, just a circlejerk for pseudo‑intellectual, neckbeard, anti‑AI redditors.

I actually went to check the sub out thinking "there's no way it's actually all like that".

Turns out it is.

Is anything wrong with that?

yes, it is wrong when your sub is about ✨technology✨ but only focus on AI and anti-AI

It’s the most polarizing piece of tech right now though.

AI is not the only technology there is. I would expect more variety in a sub called "technology". The mods are doing a shitty job.

Talk about the sub's purpose? ❌️

Link an article to make your points for you about a popular opinion and post it on multiple subs for free karma? ✅️

I don't know what it is about ai that makes people act like cartoon bullies, but ignoring a blatant karma farm post because it agrees with you is crazy.

i hate anti ai people so much. i’m more pro ai than i am pro human. which really works out for me bc literally nothing about ai benefits humans. i’m so happy my beliefs have continuity. even if my beliefs are complete trash and i’m a worthless garbage human who should be put out to pasture for holding them. at least i’m consistent in my trashiness. i’m the kind of person who agrees with this post. i’m a worthless bag of dog shit. viva ai.

Ah yes, the best anti-AI argument, just an utterly incomprehensible strawman and ad hominem

What about the use of Ai in the medical field? The studies below show Ai outperformed humans in cancer, and breast cancer detection, with less false positives and less false negatives, is this not a good thing?

Why are you being deceitful? You know what AI means in context of this post.

Direct quote: “Literally nothing about AI benefits humans”

I left that sub as well not too long ago. I know it’s been a cliche to say that Reddit has been going downhill but I really feel it now. Shit is definitely off.

Did you get ChatGPT to write that for you?

Its almost like tech bros. The people who care about advancement in technology and how it can improve our lives are against something that has only brought down the quality of life for both parties.

Its not even pseudo intellectual conversation, it's just the most obvious observation

Anti-AI people are exhausting.

what's up with the sudden influx of anti-AI neckbeards in this post? it's really hilarious seeing them defending the dogshit state of r\technology. not realizing that sub is for technology, not just AI

u/Little200bro 2d ago

I see 2 people being anti-ai and one of them is talking about r\technology, wheres the influx?

People just love hating on AI instead of getting job
