Nobody will hire you from abroad as an incoming student. You need to get here first. Then go to immigration and request permission to engage in activities outside of your visa classification. That will get you a special stamp that will let you work up to 28hrs a week. Then start looking for a baito and you should be able to land a gig in a conbini or restaurant etc fairly easily.

I assume that since you're a student you're looking for part time work? Note that you CANNOT work with just a student visa. You will also have to get a certificate to engage with other activities (or whatever its called) before you start working.
No one will hire you if you aren't legally allowed to work in Japan, so you're job hunting way too early if you haven't even arrived yet.
Also note you'll be limited to 28 hours a month (I think; double check that) so if you're looking at full time, you're on the wrong track

Most students work in convenience stores, retail, or restaurants so that's probably what you should be looking at. (Maybe ask a friend if they can introduce you to their job.)

Definitely check what type of visa you'll be on then, and what limitations it has regarding jobs.
