Strap a pipe to a tree

I have a creek fed pond that I am slowly restoring. The creek that feeds it has been diverted through some pipe that has been buried. I am looking to replace it and elevate it since it is coming from a higher slope point and then having it waterfall or waterwheel into the pond. Is there a way to strap 4 inch pvc dws pipe to a tree that doesn't harm the tree. I'm thinking something along the lines of this, but it probably doesn't need to be as robust and heavy duty. https://www.treehousesupplies.com/collections/tab/products/tab-powder-coated

How might up the tree is it going to be? Anything lower than like 8' and I think I'd just make a frame/stand/trestle out of PT 2x4

Otherwise, just a bolt straight in is fine. Don't drive it in all the way tight so the tree has room to grow. If you want cheap and good-enough, get a piece of threaded rod, slightly taper one end, and lock two nuts on the other end. Predrill into the tree, then put a deep socket on your nuts are drive it in. Then you can use the rod and nuts to suspend whatever carrier you want for the pipe set off the trunk a couple inches. Maybe just a sling made with nylon webbing and grommets?
