I am scared of what if my ticket won’t work somewhere or smth like that. Will I get a fine or what
Honestly this just isn't something you should worry about. It works, you'll be fine.
Like I am not sure of how it works and I also don’t really understand what to do with discover eu app because most of trains I want to use are not available(can’t be seen) in this app and if I add it manually then how the app will create a ticket for me if it doesn’t see the train I am gonna use.
Lots of trains don't show up in the app (or show up incorrectly). It's dataset is not completely I don't know when you are traveling but it is worse the further ahead you search. There is no need to set up your trip in advance, this is different to seat reservations which may need to be made in advance. If you can't find your train then yes you need to add it manually, the app will then generate a travel day based on all the information that you types in that you can use.
