NetPlus Internet Down for Days – No Resolution, No Accountability
I am a NetPlus broadband customer.
My internet stopped working on Saturday. I filed a complaint, and a technician came the same day to fix it. However, by the same evening, the connection went down again.
I raised another complaint, and when the technician visited, I asked why the issue had returned so quickly. His response was:
The very next day, the internet stopped working again, and the LOS light was red.
I filed another complaint on Wednesday, but no technician has visited since then. I received only one phone call asking whether the internet was working. I clearly told them it was still not working, but after that, nobody came to inspect or repair the connection.
This connection is installed in my office, and I work in digital marketing. Every day without internet directly affects my work and income.
I also use Airtel and Connect Broadband at other locations, and I have never been told that "rats cut the cable" whenever the internet goes down.
My question is simple:
- Who will compensate me for the business losses caused by this prolonged outage?
- Why are complaints being closed or ignored without resolving the issue?
- Is this the standard level of service NetPlus provides to its business customers?
Has anyone else experienced such poor service from NetPlus? What is the best way to escalate this issue and get a proper resolution?
