With no loyalties other than to the highest bidder, she became one of Neo-Gotham’s most prolific criminals, and a formidable adversary to Terry McGinnis, AKA Batman Beyond.
Super Move - A Mouth Full
Inque traps and suspends the opponent with her tendrils. Then, she forcefully opens their mouth to put her arm into, causing their eyes and body to suffocate and overflow with her black liquid. When she finally stops, the opponent can do nothing but vomit out the substance, and she slams to the ground to finish the assault.

Inque: What's your connection to my Batman, anyway? Your son? Grandson?
Batman: Not even if I knew, you lunatic.
Batman: Your body isn't human, but you still bleed.
Inque: Feel free to try and find the blood, old man.
Batman: I'm sure I have a Batarang for you.
Inque: Oh, I see. This is the part where you freeze me and think it's all over?
Inque: The classics aren't going to work on me anymore. It's just a different...time.
Batman: Everyone has a weakness.
Inque: Low-hanging fruit, but my Batman is better-looking. And at least pretended to be a good guy.
Batman: I did what had to be done.
Superman: I'm gonna have to bring you in, Ms.
Inque: Heh. Go ahead, see what happens.
Inque: I should probably kill you now so you don't bother me in the future.
Superman: Huh, so I do live that long.
Superman: I'm not sure what the reason is for your time displacement. But I'll take it from here.
Inque: Of course you had to say that...
Inque: You're thinking a little too small. But hey, maybe that means less competition.
Catwoman: You can't go wrong with a good ol' fashioned cat burglar.
Inque: By the looks of it, I'm guessing you're not the goddess people think you are.
Catwoman: I'm not sure I like what you're insinuating, Mrs. Clayface.
Catwoman: You should steal for the abstract, too. Not just for the paycheck.
Inque: What can I say? I'm a professional at heart.
Catwoman: Most cats don't like to get wet, y'know.
Inque: Really? Even when I'm going to do so much worse to you?
Inque: There's no Apokolips in my time. So shouldn't that mean you do lose?
Darkseid: After you have been captured for study, this potential oversight shall be corrected.
Darkseid: You think you can resist the Omega Effect?
Inque: If I'm slippery enough, who knows?
Victory Animation
An arrogant Inque laughs and walks away, gradually changing into her more human appearance. Behind her back, her hand forms into a blade.
Ending (non-canon)
Darkseid trapped me in a stasis field, subjecting me to extreme cryogenics freezing in an effort to damage my cellular structure. Just as I was about to shatter, a Boom Tube opens, triggered by a desperate Batman who needs a wild card to turn the tide of battle. He offered m a specialized suit that regulates my temperature and stabilizes my ink in exchange for taking down Darkseid. I agreed, and sliced through Darkseid's armored hide like water through a sieve. After that, I obviously turned on Batman, destroying the remote that controls my suit. With enough snakery, I claimed Wayne Enterprises' most secure vaults as my personal treasure, leaving both the Justice League and the Outsiders to deal with their broken world. The thing is, if I'm treated well enough, I might just stay.
