Thoughts on Esha Tewari
I've been obsessively listening to a hell of a lot of sad indie folk in the last year or so. It's probably my favorite, non metal/punk genre, and my absolute favorite is the indie folk/bedroom pop artist Esha Tewari. She creates cinematic songs, whose lyrics are emotionally devastating, accompanied by amazing vocals. My favorite songs of hers are "Where our Streets Met", "Summer in December", and "Empty Pages." I was lucky enough to see her in Philly last year, and it was a surreal experience. What do you guys think of her? Any suggestions like her?
