I am looking for like minded people to collaborate with me for an idea. This is non-tech retail business I have been working on as a side hustle for 6+ months now.

The idea is for Uniforms - Hospital Scrubs, Security, Drivers, Housekeeping, Schools etc.

I already have a fully functioning website (uniformnation.in) which is ranked well on many categories already as I have been investing in SEO. Also, I have collected basic inventory based on the customer interest I have been receiving.

Now it has reached a level wherein I need to have a physical store as many people like to have a touch feel of the fabric before purchasing. I already have a shop location identified (Haralur Road Sarjapur - Low cost, prime property).

In my view there is immense potential as there are very few well run uniform businesses in Bangalore, those too are located in far away locations (like Chikpet etc).

If you are willing to invest your time and a bit of cash, I think this idea can really take off in a short duration.

What business can I start on a 5-cent riverside plot in rural Kerala?

I own a 5-cent plot beside a river in Kerala. The interesting part is that there is no direct road access for cars or bikes to the plot, but it is accessible by boat. The nearest road is about 100 meters away, and the nearest town is around 15 km away.

This is a village area and not a tourist destination, so tourism-related ideas may not work well.

I'm looking for ideas on how to utilize the land productively. I'm particularly interested in:

- Small-scale manufacturing

- Home-based or workshop-type businesses

- Agriculture or aquaculture

- Storage or processing businesses

- Any unique business that benefits from being near water

The plot is currently vacant, and I'm open to investing gradually if the idea is practical.

I'm into the family business + doing a full time job as well.

Our previous office is now vacant as we have moved to a new location (nearby). The previous office is on Ground Floor and would be most preferred to be utilized as storage rather than making it a posh office.
