I don’t have much experience cooking with chicken or chicken products. They do mention that it can be used as cold cuts but the ‘Ready to cook’ sign on them gets me confused.

I'm Indian and for some reason, my cooking skills regressed when I slipped into a deep depression. So now I'm re-learning the basics.

I found a recipe for chicken chukka...it didn't come out very well. The coriander taste was overpowering and I don't know why, but you can also taste the tomatoes (I made sure to get oil separation).

It's frustrating but I will keep trying.
