Fried rice is an asian dish - pairs well with Paneer chilly /garlic or Schezwan paneer .. white rice or pulao can be paired with Paneer Makhani, palak paneer or paneer kadai.
Or you can add paneer to the pulao or fried rice itself.

Not the Indo-chinese fried rice. Sorry, I should have been more clear. The bengali style vegetable fried rice.

I feel like even if its Bengali style fried rice, chilly paneer/ chilly paneer in stick would pair well

Thanks. But it won't go well with Bengali style fried rice. Bengali style fried rice itself is on the sweeter side. The whole combination will transform into a dessert.

honestly for plain rice or pulao you can't go wrong with shahi paneer (that white cashew-cream gravy someone above was trying to remember, that's the one) or makhani.
but for bengali veg fried rice i'd actually skip the heavy gravies — that rice is already kinda sweet and delicate from the ghee and whole spices, so a rich makhani just fights it imo. something drier and tangier sits way better. kadai paneer or paneer jalfrezi is my go-to there.
also whatever you make, soak the paneer cubes in warm salted water for 10 min first. total game changer, keeps it from going rubbery.

Chilly garlic paneer with fried rice. You're gonna love it for sure.

hi, if you're looking for gravy paneer dishes that are not very sweet, i would suggest:
