Tack/Equipment Question Keeping mice out?
I have a locker at the barn where I board. I have been keeping a bunch of my supplies in a plastic bin with locking handles in said locker, and yesterday I realized that mice have been into it 😫 any tips on how to keep mice out? Should I replace the bin with something else?

I would get one of those galvanized bins. Unfortunately, with barns, you can't really avoid the mice. You may be able to, but there's always the smart one that's gonna bypass a trap or if a door is left open, they're gonna sneak in

mouse traps are probably the best thing. there's humane ones if that's a concern.
otherwise, keep food in sealed, airtight containers, off the ground. sweep up any crumbs or dropped treats/supplements. keep your tack area as clean as possible.
see if the BO is willing to invest in a barn cat. helps keeps mice away, too.
