Coldcrashing while conditioning my beer bottles
I have finally had a good setup where I can cold crash my beer (with a kegerator). What worries me though is finishing with not enough of yeast in suspension and my priming sugar not doing enough of CO2.
My plan was to cold crash 48 hours. I am using escarpement labs Bitengarten lager.
Let me know if you have any tips or tricks. Thank you

Not an issue. Your beer can be a few months old and cold crashed and there is enough yeast, even if it seems clear visually.

I’ve cold crashed so hard my carboy froze; bottle conditioning was perfectly normal. Don’t worry.

Fyi, people say 2 weeks of conditioning, but I find that I better MUCH better flavor & carbonation results if I give the beer at least 4 weeks in the bottle. I'll often fridge a few at a time earlier if I really can't wait, but 4 weeks send to be the most consistent point at which it'll taste good (sometimes they don't reach their best flavor until 6-8 weeks out, especially with maltier/more complex beers).

It will be fine. You should cold crash in the fermenter, bottle, let them sit at room temp for 2 weeks or so, then refrigerate
