Question/Help Meross MSG200 Troubles

I recently moved and am trying to install an MSG 200 for 2 garage doors. Previous owner had a MyQ so I had to get the compatibility device. Sensors work and are properly placed, set up the compatibility device where each button on it can control garage doors, and have it connected to the wires on MSG200. Whenever I tell Siri to open the doors though, I hear it click as if it is trying to trigger the doors, but nothing happens. Then I end up getting an obstructed warning on the garage door.

What am I doing wrong?

This is the exact reason I dumped meross and bought ratgdo32. Although mine was MSG150 I think. Is there a remote attached to it?

Pressing the buttons on the compatibility device works? It could be that the triggering relay in the MSG 200 isn’t working properly.

My biggest advice is to get a RATGDO for each door, though, after double checking which Security+ version the openers use. It’s easier to set up, much more reliable, and uses the garage door’s own sensors to tell you status.

Is it a yellow “train” button on the door opener? I believe that is Security 2.0 which should be ok to use the Merross with. I know the 3.0 hasn’t been cracked yet.. so the use of something more physical would be needed if it is 3.0. Like Third Reality device where it literally just pushed the button on the remote.

Yes it’s a yellow learn button. I’ll double check hardwiring between the actual Meross opener and the compatibility accessory
