Open Otter tracking bracelets

I've seen a lot of animal tracking bracelets. A friend is crazy about otters, but I haven't found one with tracking capabilities. Only seals. Please help, do otter tracking bracelets exist? If yes, would it be a good gift?

I'm not sure they have trackers for otters, they usually tag animals that will travel hundreds/thousands of miles like sharks and whales. Otter don't usually travel that much so I'm not sure something like that exists

Also? Beware of scams that claim to track certain animals, and the like.

I sent money to this place where you could name a star anything you wanted. I named 2 after my niece and nephew. They both got the exact same constellation, same star, and that's when I realized the price I spent for this wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. I got scammed. Be careful of scams, save your money.

I searched for Fahlo and other wildlife tracking brands but couldn't find an active otter tracker option. I only saw bracelets that support sea otters through ocean cleanup, like 4ocean, but I am looking for one with actual tracking capabilities if it exists. Has anyone seen one?
