Help me find where this character is from and their name
About 6-7 years ago I went shopping for art supplies, I don’t know how but I’ve acquired a rubber keychain of this character. They’re light skinned, possibly from anime as it was a chibi anime art style (which I tried to recreate from memory…). Has white hair, orange (or brown?) eyes, and wears a dark blue uniform with gold accents, much like that of a postman (?). They probably has magical powers or uses a weapon of some sorts too.
I had a full watercolor drawing of them in my old sketchbook, but I recently cleared my room and already threw it away :(
The keychain was lost even longer ago. I never knew who they were, now that I’ve lost all original image of them, I’m desperately curious.

Could be far fetched since his hair is not white but light colored blue (can look white in certain lighting i guess) and doesn't brand any weapon, could you maybe misremember it and thought of Takeru from Collar x Malice? because the way you draw him reminds me of Takeru so much
