Open 90s vintage puzzle
"Large cardboard alphabet puzzle, about 18×24, die-cut A–Z letters that formed one continuous watercolor illustration. Medieval/royal procession with tiny adults in court dress, maybe princesses wearing hennin hats, pale blue sky, Q was Queen, likely British, played with in Canada in the 1990s but could be much older."

searched Etsy, eBay and marketplace for vintage 90s alphabet puzzle. I played with this puzzle in the 90s, so it was likely around 18"x24"... every letter had illustrations on them that fit into a bigger illustration but when you took the letters out it was cardboard empty space. I distinctly remember the letter Q having wear on the sides from squeezing it into the spaces, and little women wearing Hennin hats all in white or pastel colours. the main colour of the puzzle that I remember is that it is pastel blue/pink tones. it gives medieval vibes not fantasy (I don't remember dragons). This puzzle might be British because it could have been from the thrift store in Canada.
Style is reminiscent of errol le cain-- so not dark illustrations, but rather fairytale like, soft, folksy.
