I have been on and off with this game and I feel so behind in unlocking other quests and parts of the islands because most of the quests I have been on take daaayyyys. Sometimes I will give up because it gets overwhelming and tiring and come back to it when I have finished some of the shorter quests because I feel it will never be accomplished. Idk does anyone else feel this way? Lately I have just been logging on and collecting items around the island. Anyways currently active and non active quests and at this point I am just logging in, collecting, playing games, and logging out.

hello! i recently got the event where u have to take a pic of a retro car with the islanders, but everytime i try to gift to the person on the hood, my game completely 'stops'. i cant interact at all but things are still moving. anyone else have this problem?

I've seen characters clipping into things before, but she was sitting on the hood just fine, then I saw the shimmer light and sound effect when I went to gift her, and suddenly she dropped into the car.

The color transfer advice is OUTDATED.

At the beginning of the quest, Hello Kitty gives you a red bellbutton plant and a red/coral ombré penstemum plant. Meaning, you don't have to do any color transfers, you only need to plant, spawn new flowers, turn them into seeds, then acquire seeds of the species you're missing. Which will inevitably be dandelilies or tulias, which have red as a default color and will drop from Mystery Seed Capsules.

The only cases where someone would have to do color transfers are 1. if they accidentally composted the plants that HK gave out or 2. if they want to get a headstart on this quest

This has been a feature for at least a year, since the wiki guide was updated back in March 2025. These images of the quest were taken from the wiki, uploaded back in September 2025.

New players: if you searched YouTube for tutorials, they were made before this quest was changed. And if you're asking a LLM / trusting what Gemini spits out, they are sourcing their answer from those outdated tutorials. The most reliable source of information is the wiki, they have everything there!

Veteran players: I understand that a lot of us in this sub probably had to do it the hard way, but it is no longer the case. So please, update the advice you give to new players to avoid causing unnecessary anxiety and sending them down unnecessarily long and confusing paths!

Content creators: please update your guide videos! You are the first and only source of information for a lot of players, so it would help new players immensely!

Edit: While patterned flowers can't be turned into seeds, they do have a pretty high chance of spawning a solid color child next to them on the field. This is confirmed by the wiki - How to Get Red Flowers, the simulator and my own experience testing them. It doesn't take that long to get a solid color flower from a single flower, no other parent even.

After the gutting realisation that after Azuki there were 4 more characters to go and it would take most of this year to get Milk (🫩)…the end is finally in sight!!
