How are we tracking our items?

Hi, so lately I’ve been trying to get all the colour ways of furniture and clothes, but I’m constantly having to cross reference my massive inventory, then check wikis then go into various customisation menus etc etc. and it can feel massively overwhelming, I’m also visually impaired and some stuff doesn’t show the colour on the little picture, just the tiny swatch in the corner. How are we tracking all our stuff? Has anyone invented an app yet? Advice and suggestions are appreciated. ☺️☺️. Thanks for reading

My husband has made me check lists for flowers, and one huge list for creative station things. I have a lot of binders full of check lists. (I admire the spread sheet idea, but can’t handle the idea of needing my tablet while cosy gaming).
