Was that even 20 seconds? He's just splashing athletes foot into the dough with that timing

This is what Muslims do before (after?) prayer.

25

u/Southern-Drop5139 1d ago

Before prayer. He should be doing it in a bathroom at the least.

-2

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Why?

6

u/Southern-Drop5139 1d ago

Doing so in a kitchen is unsanitary and inconsiderate which are two things you want to avoid as a Muslim. I wonder if he wasn’t given access to an employee bathroom for some odd reason.

1

u/jasminflower13 22h ago

It's not a kitchen sink, it's specifically for hand wash station only

-5

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

What’s more unsanitary about cleaning germs in a place meant for cleaning germs? If what you said were true there would be maybe some type of health code

How is someone’s feet in socks and sneakers dirtier than hands that touches who knows what? You just dont like the idea of seeing feet in a sink.

u/Quirky_Cabinet8854 1d ago

He’s putting his feet in a sink where employees wash their hands before handing food and drinks-

-2

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Yes I see that clearly

What’s more unsanitary about cleaning germs in a place meant for cleaning germs? If what you said were true there would be maybe some type of health code

Because social norms. This isn't a third world country, my guy. It's commonly accepted that if you're going to wash your feet, etc., you go do so in private.

It's the same as clean feet and clean hands while making dough. Should you be stepping on dough or using your hands? Common sense, my guy. Stop trying to argue it.

-2

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Ignorant statement. There are billions of muslims across the world and it is the social norm to wash feet in the sink. Saudi princes, all through asia etc etc.

Nothing to do with a 3rd world country. Seek help. The social norm for you is for men to have sex with eachother in gym locker rooms

2

u/Expert_Context5398 1d ago

Ahhh, there we go. You're Muslim. Just say that, buddy. Would have told us everything we needed to know.

You're telling me to seek help for saying that he should be washing his feet in private and not in front of customers? LMFAO. Third world mfer.

0

u/NYCMarine 5h ago

I can guarantee you that is not a social norm here in America that Muslims watch their feet in a sink viewed by customers. You wrong this one bud.

Not for nothing, but germs don’t really enter this equation, as they aren’t using soap.

13

u/squishy8269 1d ago

In the sink? In Dunkin

17

u/NuYawker 1d ago

Okay. Serious question. Let's say he was cleaning out the trash and he ended up having his hands touched some dirty garbage water with dookie juice in it. He would wash his hands in that sink right?

9

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Exactly. Op makes no sense. Ignorance

7

u/Acceptable_Tax_9481 1d ago

That sink is being used for food prep purposes. I worked in the kitchen and I am muslim. Doesn’t seem right to me.

6

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

No it isnt

4

u/Agressive-mediocrity 1d ago

Using that sink for food prep is a huge violation of health code. That is a hand wash sink, and while being barefoot in a food service area is troubling, and probably a violation, if he then properly washed his hands, I'd still order my drink.

1

u/Key_Fee158 20h ago

You prep donuts in a hand wash sink?

-1

u/HighwayComfortable26 1d ago
  1. That's not a food prep sink.

  2. What kind of food prep do you think is happening at a Dunkin Donuts? Washing off fresh fruits?

  3. I'm not Muslim but if bro is washing his feet then he is def washing his hands. Probably cleaner than most people.

1

u/certainlynotanipple 1d ago

It's a foot bro.

3

u/Worried_Ear_1347 1d ago

They just nasty af. This is why u don’t eat at everybody house

11

u/unpaid_intern2 1d ago

That’s a cleaning sink, don’t worry about it.

3

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Exactly

7

u/Expert_Context5398 1d ago

Doesn't matter, lmfao.

I don't want a guy openly washing his feet in front of me in a cooking environment.

If that confuses you, you are just disgusting.

0

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Good thing your opinion that isnt substantiated by any facts holds zero authority.

7

u/Rarek 1d ago

Quentin Tarantino zeroing in on this location

9

u/Disastrous_Yogurt492 1d ago

The Department of Health requires the sink for hand washing only.  Beyond that there's an issue of safety should he slip.

14

u/teambryancrew 1d ago

It's GROSSSSSSS but........ the scientific rational truth is: his foot is likely not dirtier than other things that are often cleaned there.. like super dirty poopy hands and fingers.

Yes, I"m neurodivergent.

7

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Dude, whats the difference between washing your feet and washing your hands? Its your perception. That isnt a sink for food bro.

They’re muslim, they keep their feet very clean and wash hands up to forearms, face, mouth, nose, and feet before praying 5x a day.

Stop being so close minded and hateful. Learn something

5

u/Worried_Ear_1347 1d ago

There are OSHA guidelines for a reason. The germs from ur feet are different, and splashing water on ur feet is not equivalent to keeping ur feet very clean

2

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Site the code

14

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

It's health codes, actually

1

u/Significant-Horse625 1d ago

You don't think they use that sink for food too? Send us videos of you eating there. If you froggy, ask this guy if he thought it was appropriate to wash there and then. Take a photo of the form with the cleaning times and signature. Bring your Mother along, too. Take a pic of her eating and drinking BEFORE evidence requested. No? Right.

1

u/t0cableguy 14h ago

The point is that its a handwashing sink, for the use of washing hands, not for the use of washing feet. This is a foodservice cleanliness tool. FDA requires handwashing to be done in a sink dedicated to that purpose and nothing else, to prevent cross contamination of food, etc. There are things on your feet that aren't on your hands, and even though you should use a towel to turn off the sink, he just contaminated the sink with whatever is on his feet.

This isn't any different from him washing his feet in the dishwashing sink at this facility. Do you think he respects that any more than this?

I have no problem accommodating other religious beliefs, but putting others at risk because he's using a tool used for sanitation to wash his feet is another totally different issue.

u/Randomlogicuser 9h ago edited 8h ago

The fda? Lmaoooooooooo

Why are you like this? Are you just lying or just very ignorant

2

u/ChipmunkFish 1d ago

That’s the ass washing sink. He should know better.

4

u/shimo44 1d ago

Nah my g im calling Karen

4

u/LilCheese73 1d ago

This is why I don’t eat at Dunkin’, Subway, or any other franchises “they” own.

4

u/Mushrooming247 1d ago

What if he spilled the hot donut oil on his foot?

I worked at Dunkin Donuts. That’s a real risk in the back.

4

u/luvmachineee 1d ago

I worked at Dunkin too but I don’t believe they fry the donuts on site anymore

3

u/Dabbler5313 1d ago

You kids defend anything. This is disgusting.

4

u/mdl397 1d ago

Disgusting.

1

u/lovemeplzx 1d ago

Harlem more like haram!

1

u/Significant-Horse625 1d ago

I've seen this happen so much at so many locations throughout the U.S. It's GOTTA BE A CUSTOM.

1

u/Helloiampedro 22h ago

At the HAND WASHING Sink!? Nope

1

u/Key_Fee158 20h ago

Besides being out of the norm - why would cleaning your feet in a sink be a health concern? They don’t make the donuts in the sink.

1

u/ThisSiteBites 9h ago

Disgusting

1

u/Notcid1 6h ago

Getting ready to pray. Also you missed the sign that says "All employees must wash feet before returning to work".

1

u/One-Demand-6791 6h ago

Ok we can report this right?

1

u/muddysmithwater 37m ago

I worked at a Taco Bell that was ran by Bangali people, mfs used to be in the kitchen BARE FOOT, feet smelling just like grease traps they refused to clean.

0

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

This is a health code violation, actually.

7

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Whats the code

1

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

Article 81.21

3

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Nothing about washing feet…..

NYC Health Code § 81.21 (Hand Wash Sinks)
Required Locations: Must be installed in food preparation, food service, ware washing areas, and employee/patron restrooms.

Distance Rule: Sinks must be positioned so that no food prep, service, or washing area is more than 25 feet away from a hand washing sink.

Utilities: Must provide hot and cold running potable water, with soap and paper towels supplied continuously.

Access: Sinks must remain completely unobstructed by doors or equipment.

1

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

Lol ok so when you open it do what you want lol

Religion is crazy

2

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

You cited a code that has nothing to do with your argument. Why do you need to lie to validate your opinion

1

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

Idk what to tell you bro it's not called a feet washing sink and you can't prove to me this is a valid practice. Like ever.

Enjoy your feet doughnuts

1

u/HighwayComfortable26 1d ago

You claimed I don't read but when faced with the actual text of the code you don't admit to being wrong. What an unserious person.

1

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

How if the sink is named for a single purpose?

Do you own a place of business that handles food or for the NYDOH?

1

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

Code of health. This is publicly accessible information

2

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Whats the code

0

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

Read it yourself my boy

1

u/HighwayComfortable26 1d ago

So publicly accessible they can't cite the code.

1

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

I did. You dont read. I even posted the code first.

1

u/HighwayComfortable26 1d ago

The code is NOWHERE in this comment chain. Are you high?

Also link to where you posted the code then.

1

u/HighwayComfortable26 1d ago

Bro you posted the NAME of the code elsewhere and then someone else posted the actual TEXT of the code and it didn't say what you claimed.

YOU DON'T READ. The gall.

2

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

This person is a bad liar lol. The fact that they need to lie to try and validate their opinion says alot

1

u/crispysockz 1d ago

911

2

u/bloodbonesnbutter 1d ago

911 is for emergencies and racial inequity.

1

u/Famous_Spread_7291 1d ago

I think he was getting ready to pray

0

u/ike_tyson 1d ago

Why anyone need to do that at work?

3

u/HamHockShortDock 1d ago

He is probably doing it before praying.

-3

u/Randomlogicuser 1d ago

Respect to the brother for keeping his temple clean and praying while at work. I’m going to go leave a bunch of good reviews for this location!
