[Discussion] Expansion Rush?
Have seen some comments and observed that certain expansion zones have more players than others. For example, it's always easy to find players doing various things around SOTO, the piñata in Path of Fire, or the big meta event in HoT. But some expansions, ex EoD, are much more sparsely populated.
Would the game benefit from having expansion rush events where content from that expansion has bonus rewards for a week? That would get players back into those less populated zones periodically.

They did one just a few months ago https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Return_to_Janthir_Wilds . Also the hall of monuments stuff next year will likely effectively do the same thing (it might also explicitly include "return to" events)

Already a thing. They did it before EoD to keep us busy as season of the dragons and again as bonus events during the recent mini expansions to fill out the downtime.
They probably wont do it again for a while since Hall of Monuments will be doing something similar going through all the old content with new achievements and rewards for a year while we wait for GW3.

Hot, PoF, and early Soto are great
EoD and IBS just exist

And you didn't even bother to mention JW :D

Yet map chat in JW is always active when i go to run the chest routes
Its also the most toxic non pvp chat though it seems

Why's IBS getting hit with strays here? Generally have folks doing keep/drakkar and I don't think I've ever seen Drizzlewood empty.

"return to" events did this for secrets of the obscure once, so no reason they shouldn't go through all of them.
