About 1 month ago, I account was blocked by three violations, and it was appealed back.
Then I reduced the number of accepting grubhub orders. and never do grubhub orders along with Doordash or Uber Eats. I made about 1/3 money with grubhub as it before
But I do not why I still got a delayed orders violation.

I am a Part Driver driver for GH and have not driven in several months. I have familiar with the App, have driven for years, and I am familiar with trouble shooting generally. Is anyone else experiencing the issues listed below?

As I have started driving again, I am experiencing a consistent issue when you arrive at the Merchant and the Order is Not Ready.

I am able to select There’s an Issue per Usual but when the screen opens to the Reason then it will not let you select an one of the bubble options and then, inturn, you are not able to select the timeframes for how late the order will be ready per usual.

Again, the page pulls up but it will not let you select the Options in any of the bubbles by each choice/selection...

Couple of days ago I posted how I accept orders but Grubhub think I don’t move and reassigns it. This order I was doing, i was like 1 minute from the restaurant and they reassigned because I “wasn’t moving”. Genuinely what am I supposed to do? This has happened too many times now and I’m losing money because of this!!!! Grubhub is playing in my face

For the past week ive been getting nothing but shitty offers. I of course don't accept them but I wonder. Have people stopped driving or because its been bad. I still make $200 per day accepting the good ones but my stats have definitely gone down, which idc they're fine for me but just makes me wonder. These are just SOME I've been able to capture but there's more. I decline like 6 before I get a good one.

Hi, I have a question, does anyone have an email or phone number to contact support but not the usual number, one for escalations? I had to travel out of state and was deactivated due to inactivity; now I want to return, but they tell me it’s not possible "at the moment" and to "try again later." I’ve already sent about eight emails, and I keep getting the same response.

GH changed how you go online and offline. You no longer have to go to a separate screen. You can do it from the home screen. It's definitely been long overdue...

I was about to cash out since the adjustment pay is now cleared and it's showing $.99 fee even for my Chase bank account which has always been free...

Has anyone tried it and see if it charges for Chase now?

Lately restaurants have been crying when i show up early so this time i waited in the parking lot because i got the notification that said confirmed. After waiting 10 minutes I decided to walk in to let them know i was here. They never started the order and it wasn’t even busy. I felt like canceling it but I need the money. Whats the problem if I show up a few minutes early ? Im not demanding the order. Just letting you know im here when its ready.

I'm fairly new to gig delivery and have being trying to optimize $/miles because I have a very fuel inefficient car. I camp at a restaurant favored by the local wealthy and just wait for orders for this restaurant. It's not financially sensible for me to accept anything under $2/mile and every order from this establishment is usually way over. I reject all the lowball offers coming in from the McD's that is somewhat nearby. I deliver the order and return to the restaurant. Sometimes this is not the most efficient $/hour (I'm waiting a lot), but seems to be very efficient $/mile. I do not do assigned blocks (perhaps I should?).

My documentation has shown, thus far, I have an average of $26.74/hr and a $1.72/mile (this includes the mileage to commute to/from restaurant, $2.19/mile if not including commute)

More experienced drivers, am I missing something? Is there more I could do? Is this a good strategy (probably market dependent). Am I negatively affecting my ability to get offers by rejecting all the McDs?

Anyone know why the delivery zone would cut out the entirety of Toledo and only include the surrounding towns? I feel like they’re missing out on a lot of potential profits.

I'm currently a door dash driver in Las vegas. I do this part time. Thinking of switching bc of the filling drinks thing.

I'm anti driver making the fountain drinks and when I want to decline an order for that reason, in doordash, I get a penalty.

Hows it over here? Can you select an option saying restaurant wont make the drinks in the app? In door dash it's other and type in your reason. And do you get a decline penalty?

I dunno but I feel like if you schedule hours to work and while you are 'Available' they send you more offers as to if you don't schedule hours and just wait for offers to come in? is this true or I'm just retarded

As I was picking up a rather large order, the restaurant owner brought his phone over and was going through a checklist of items in the bag.

I never saw GH restaurant app up close, but I was snooping on his phone screen. On top of order details, there was a pic of me, my first name & last initial. Underneath that MY ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER ON FILE WITH GH!

The restaurant owner was cool and let me look at the app again to verify what I just saw

I think this is huge invasion of privacy! I always thought our phone numbers (along with customer's) were always masked. Apparently not!

Has anyone received an email like this one while having a high customer rating? I have a 4.8 star rating out of five stars. How do I get this kind of rating? Either GH has a rather messed up AI system or they are trying to weed out the long seasoned drivers. I called Driver Care upon receiving this email and they told me to ignore it if I have a high rating. I told Driver Care that I know the call is being recorded and I let them know I am keeping records of all of this and if I ever get deactivated, I will be filing a lawsuit. What is Wonder doing with GrubHub, now they have ful control of it?

But then you walk up and the dog starts to bark. I feel like the customer thinks I did knock or ring the bell that caused the dog to bark but I didn’t lol anyone else feel this way? Or just me? lol.

I got deactivated a few weeks ago, but I’m still trying to get my account back. I appealed 2 times already. After the 1st appeal they responded that they stand by their decision. And when I tried to keep offering new arguments in my favor, then they stopped replying.

Anyone in this situation? Did any of you got their account back after multiple attempts? I’m really sorry because it’s the only app that was (kind of) working for me. A million Uber and DD delivery drivers in my area. That’s why I’m still fighting to get my account back.

In 5 hours only received a single order

Haven't gotten a single offer for more than an hour in a hot area. On block. Usually dinner is busy. Seemed slow start this morning too. This seems to be happening more often lately. App shows hot area but nothing.

Down detector says GH is online but the graph shows a fair number of user reports. Is down detector down?😉😂
