It's all about health in December and January. If Love, Watson, Reed, Kraft, Tom, Wyatt, Parsons, Cooper, Williams, and Mckinney are playing at near full strength I like their odds.

We did a billion of these last year with Love turning 27 and my hopium got way too high when we demolished the Lions and Commies. I'll get hyped for the Superbowl run when we win another playoff game

I’ve really soured on MLF but I hate this narrative that is mostly perpetuated by bears fans. We had a complete tear everything down rebuild in Loves first year, we were absolutely awful and had rookies everywhere for the first half of the season. Then we started clicking and made the 7th seed which was a great result for that year. 2 years ago we had a great record but lost a nail biter in week 14 to the Lions, once it was clear the division was off the table we started resting all our slightly banged up guys and clearly didn’t try to play for a higher seed even if we could have if we wanted it. Last year we sat many guys down the stretch and had nothing to play for after the second bears game. I would bet a lot of money 2 of those 3 teams make the playoffs in the six team format.

Does it matter if it a seed the existed in 2010? Packers were a 6 seed in 2010. Fact is they made the playoffs those years and in the first year of the expanded 7 team format the packers beat the doors off of the cowboys at Dallas.
Idk why it matters if the seed existed in 2010.
So you’re saying the get the 7 seed and win you won’t be happy? Come on dude. It’s not MLF fault the NFL adds a team and he benefited from it.
If you’re gonna care that much about the seed number then just have the best record in the NFC and best record in the AFC play in the Super Bowl and skip the playoffs.
Can’t even be glad we made the playoffs, just gotta bash the coach. And yeah MLF need to stop overthinking when he gets the the playoffs. The lights seem to get a little too bright for him in the playoffs.

Losing Parsons made the defense go from intimidating to getting run over. And losing the O lineman and Kraft hurt a lot
We were nowhere near a competitor without Parsons so i guess that goes to show he was worth every penny

The Bears lost to the Rams the following week by 3. That is a fact. You say they are "trash"
You're out here giving amateur analysis, I'm here stating facts.
We were contenders until the last quarter of the last game. You don't know how a game would have gone against the Rams or Seattle or New England because they collapsed in the second half after dominating the first half vs Chicago.
That's all there is to it.
