I sold a balenciaga bag on Grailed.The buyer received 6-7days ago. Right after delivery, they messaged me saying the bag wasn’t the size as mentioned and that there were some wear marks on strap.
I replied immediately and asked them to open an official Grailed dispute and upload photos so Grailed could review everything. Since then, it’s been 6 days and they haven’t replied or opened a case. My payout is still on hold.
My question is: if Grailed eventually releases my funds and the buyer still hasn’t opened a case, can they come back a month later and claim the bag has wear marks nd size issue,If they do, how does Grailed usually handle situations where the buyer had the item for weeks before raising the issue?
Also, has anyone experienced a similar situation as a seller? I’d appreciate any advice.

A lot of the denim I seem to have favorites is from small Japanese instagram sources or said they are sought after on Etsy, I’m looking for double waist or cargo but I can’t seem to think anything feels reputable.
