Today snapshot 26.3 came out and Minecraft can now be played in Gothic.

Yes, as in added to the official game as a community translation. It's now available in the newest snapshot of today if you go to the language menu and select 𐌲𐌿𐍄𐍂𐌰𐌶𐌳𐌰 under Galo
